Unable to update firmware or play extra games

   I'm just wondering if anyone can help, I've tried a couple of memory
   sticks now, formatted to FAT32, followed all instructions but the C64 Mini
   refuses to see the firmware update or the d64 file.
   Both are standard 2GB ones, nothing fancy.

   Is this likely to be a fault with the c64 mini or do we have a list of
   compatible USB memory sticks as I don't want to buy 100s of these things
   to find one that works!

   [2]TheDead I had same issues,if your using windows make sure you have file
   extensions showing

   A few people have had some issues with some usb sticks, most generally
   seem to work though [3]😊[4]👍

   Dug through every memory stick I could find, 6th time lucky on a 16GB
   Toshiba one!

   Wasn’t an extensions problem, I just don’t think it liked me trying to use
   an ancient collection of mysterious memory sticks! The final stick was the
   one that worked, typical! I don’t actually remember getting half of them
   so was suprised to find that many.

   Format them in fat32 using Mini Tools Partition Wizard,see the word
   Mini...it's everywhere...lol

   If anyone else find this problem with your available memory sticks at home
   then standard SD cards including mini SD with an SD card adapter do work!

   That what I use and have no problem it,it's a Anker sd card reader.they
   are on eBay.
