   I want one... I take it the mini keyboard is for show and non-functional?
   The site isn't clear on this, but if you have to plug a USB keyboard in, I
   guess so?

   That's exactly right. You can TheC64 Mini has 2 USB ports one for the
   Joystick and one for a standard USB Keyboard. With that you can program in
   BASIC listings of old or brand new programs according to the write up.
